Return Policy

Quality complaints will be handled in accordance with the general regulations of the textile industry.

Order Inspection & Tolerance

• Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
• A variation tolerance of ±5% in size, color, and quality is accepted within wholesale industry standards.
• Refunds for modified items (e.g., printed, embroidered, or tag-changed products) are not possible. Ensure you verify received products before making any modifications.
• Buyers are responsible for checking the quality of goods before reselling them to their customers.

Quality Complaints & Returns

• If there is an error in order fulfillment, please contact our sales department in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
• A good-quality photo (with clear resolution, brightness, and visible defect) must be provided when filing a quality complaint.
• Return requests will be reviewed, and UTT Europe Ltd. reserves the right to approve or decline product returns based on quality concerns.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

• A return number must be obtained in advance before shipping any returned products. Parcels without a return number will not be processed.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted for:
  • Damaged or used items.
  • Underwear and shirts (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to improper use.
• Exchanges without complaint (e.g., “I don’t like it,” “I prefer a different size/color”) are not possible in wholesale marketing.
  • However, undamaged items in original packaging can be refunded/exchanged within 30 days (including return shipping time). A 15% handling fee (minimum €5 per invoice) applies.
• Items invoiced over 60 days ago cannot be refunded.
• Final sale items can only be returned if there is a quality issue.
• Specially ordered, non-stock items are non-returnable.

Size Variations & Processing Time

• Size variations of ±5% within the same brand are expected. Please check size guides before ordering.
• Credit processing for returned items may take 1-7 days after return approval.
